This site is deliberately simple, and so is this page: the only personal data we handle is what you choose to send us, through the contact form or by email.

What we collect

The site has one contact form and no user accounts. Whether you use the form or email us directly, we receive what your message contains — typically your name, your email address, the property you are asking about and whatever you tell us about your plans. Nothing is collected beyond what you send.

How it is used

Your message is used to answer you: to reply, to prepare information you asked for, and to arrange viewings or introductions you request. Messages to our address are delivered to the realtor behind the listings and to the operator of this website, so that your question is answered by the right person. Your data is not sold, rented or shared with anyone else, and you will not be added to a mailing list you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept as long as the conversation — and any purchase that grows out of it — makes necessary. If you want your messages deleted, ask, and we will delete them unless a legal obligation requires keeping a record.

Technical data

The site is served through a hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages), which processes standard technical logs — such as IP addresses and requested pages — to deliver and secure the site. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam check that reads technical signals from your browser instead of asking you to solve puzzles, and form messages are delivered through Cloudflare's email services. We do not run advertising trackers on this site. If that ever changes, this page will say so first.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. One email is enough: contact@sunquestsxm.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page. Given how the site works, do not expect drama.
